Day to Day
* Handling member complaints & retention opportunities
* Investigating issues thoroughly and working with internal teams to find quick, effective solutions
* Keeping member records up to date and ensuring accurate service delivery
* Supporting members with account activations and bookings
* Collaborating with Business Development & Credit Control teams to streamline processes
