Position Overview:

As a Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring our employees are compensated accurately and on time. You will handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with utmost confidentiality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all employees and working in partnership with an outsourced payroll provider ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
* Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company offerings.
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to payroll and benefits.
* Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll and benefits promptly and confidentially.
* Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
* Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
