As a Customer Service Advisor you will focus on delivering excellent service, providing fast membership focused solutions; Accountable for managing online reviews and our clients’ online reputation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities as an Customer Service Advisor:
* Ensuring all online reviews are dealt with efficiency and professionally to a high standard
* Escalating any negative online reviews through the correct channels of the complaints process
* Ensuring all member service issues are resolved in a timely manner
* Managing and responding to all online reviews for the business
