Day to Day * Maintain licensing for all accredited health and safety training programs. * Deliver remote (VC) courses to clients, allowing consultants to focus on core visit tasks. * Manage IOSH and other awarding bodies' accredited bookings through the LMS. * Order necessary course materials for in-person delivery to clients and consultants. * Identify opportunities to increase course bookings and delivery. * Load unique clients onto the success flow post-delivery. * Complete quality checks as requested by awarding bodies. * Manage and store all exam records and certificate issuance. * Request and facilitate delivery of certificates to clients upon course completion. * Collaborate with the H&S face-to-face sales team for course quotas and scheduling. * Coordinate with the H&S engagement lead to enhance external visibility of course offerings. * Oversee the annual renewal of accredited licenses.
