Job Purpose and overviewWe're looking for a dynamic, motivated, high performing HR professional to work with Croner clients to provide documentation support.The HR Office Documentation Consultant is responsible for providing support to our clients, creating new and amending existing contracts and policies.The role will be office based at the Hinckley office. You will be expected to co-ordinate our extensive enhanced offering and ensure our network have any relevant coaching and guidance on processes.
