This is an opportunity to work in a Global Group, with a company that are leaders in their field.We are looking for a bright and confident Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive, with strong employment law experience and a broad general legal knowledge, to work in a dynamic team and cover a wide range of matters including negotiating commercial contracts, the preparation and conduct of civil litigation and appearance at Employment Tribunals. Day to Day Responsibilities: * Providing broader legal support on employment issues as needed. * Have conduct of civil litigation, including negotiating settlements, attendance at ADR, drafting pleadings and, from time to time, appearing in court * Have conduct of contentious employment law matters, including Early Conciliation, drafting pleadings and attending at hearings * Point of contact for any new employment law issues referred internally from the Group businesses to the Group In House Legal Team * Advising Senior Managers on internal HR and Employment Law matters including assisting or conducting internal hearings such as investigations, grievances, capability or disciplinary proceedings and appeals * Supporting the Recruitment Team with immigration and right to work queries and, supported by external specialists, prepare and submit Home Office applications and overseas visa applications * Preparing and submitting case documentation, including ET3 responses * Reviewing and managing Employment Tribunal claims * Trusted advisor to the Directors and General Counsel on Employment Litigation matters, Dispute Resolution and employment issues, such as TUPE, arising within potential Mergers and Acquisitions as well as FCA and SRA compliance It is essential you have the following: * Qualified lawyer with strong and relevant pre or post qualified experience in employment law * An able and confident negotiator * Excellent workload and deadline management skills * Strong communicator * A commercially focused mindset with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders * Willingness to continually learn new competencies and areas of law * A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamworking 98295BGINDMANS

My client is looking for a Senior Benefits and HR Analyst for a 12 months contract * Ensuring compliance with Third Party Management Programmes by adherence to : * The collection of information on Subcontractors of the companies vendors. * The information required for material outsourcing of vendor services. * Understand the KPIs for each vendor and process the assessment of the vendor against agreed scorecards; work with the vendor managers and the Benefits Team to review service performance and service compliance. * Work with the benefits team to assess new technology requests and amendments to existing technology and services. Co-ordinate with the company's internal project management team to clarify the scope of the technology requests and the estimated costs benefit of implementation. * Work with the Third Party Vendor Management teams and Global Information Security to obtain and update relevant information on a regular basis into the companies proprietary vendor systems. To ensure vendor compliance with the companies vendor regulatory framework and contractual agreements. * Work with the vendor manager to review vendor non-compliance and any associated risks; prepare appropriate documentation to assess the risk and for senior leader sign off. Management Accountant Job PurposeTo be the principal day to day accountant in a growing legal practice. This will involve developing a weekly/monthly suite of financial reports, implementing new billing systems and processes, and preparing monthly Management Accounts (including budgets and forecasts). The role reports to the Finance Director. To be successful for the role you will need to be fully CIMA or ACCA qualified. Job Overview * Work closely with the Associate Director/Principal Lawyer to support the growth of the business by developing a weekly/monthly suite of financial reports that will help the management team to effectively run the business. * Produce the primary statements and monthly management accounts for review by the Finance Director. * Support the budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, providing data reflecting business activity, and identify and highlight areas of risk and opportunities. * Implement robust processes, systems, and routines to enable strong financial control. * Ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet including calculation and posting of related accruals/prepayments, cost analysis, and understanding of variances vs budget/forecast. * Ensuring compliance with SRA requirements. * Produce regulatory returns, including FCA returns, ONS returns, and VAT returns for review by the Finance Director. * Oversight of the billing and collections process. * Utilise the new Clio system to develop reporting on billable hours, WIP, orders outstanding and other areas as required.
