My client is looking for a HR, Pensions and Benefits specialist on a 6- 12 months contract.Hybrid basis working in their busy office in London 2-3 days per week. Working within a small team to support the trustees of the companies UK and Ireland pension arrangements. These include the UK Retirement Plan, a combined DB and DC Pension Plan with around £4bn in assets as well as other company legacy defined benefit plans in the UK, our DC Plan in Ireland and a legacy Channel Islands arrangement. The role includes * Ensuring the plans are effectively governed to a high standard and managed in accordance with UK Pensions legislation and the Trustee business plan. * Facilitate and manage pension projects (recurring and one-off).
